Question Intercoolers (Aftermarket)

Ok, so the whole idea is more air flow than stock right?

There are a couple of ideas. The first being more cool air than stock and the second being more boost capability than stock. That being said, the stock intercoolers in these trucks are actually pretty good. The only real problem I've heard of is the early 05's when the went with the plastic tanks. People started blowing holes in those pretty quick so they changed back to the metal ones. If you absolutely think you need one then I would suggest one of the following three.

Joe Hellmann Performance
HTT
Turbonetics/Spearco

You want to put an intercooler on your 6.5? I guess you could go with a stock take off from someone in the classifieds or on ebay and then start fabbing one up. Hoses, clamps and connectors are available online for pretty much anything. </title></head><body bgcolor=ffffff background="http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/yhst-62818268114394_1993_353718" link=345672><table border=0 cellspacing=0 cellpadding=0><tr valign=top><td><a href="http://airflo.com/index.html"><img src="http
