I just installed vailar dual organic disc upgrade kit in my 06. Past break-in period n my clutch shutters n truck surges on takeoff. Does anyone experience this? I also can't get adjustment right on clutch pedal rod by adjusting the eyelet that connects to the pedal. Does the rod thread in n out of the mastercylnder to allow adjustment? Can't seem to get clutch to disengage a few inches from floor board only right before pedal in all the way out. Thanks for any help.

 

Shudder caused by slipping. Clutch is Hydrualic no adjustment at master! Call Vailar for help. Was there a plastic tip on the disengagte rod or the fork not familiar with the manuals but sounds like something is missing. Confused by your " few inches from floor board only right before pedal in all the way out" Did you mean in? With the pedal to the floor when does the clutch start to grab?

 

As soon as i press the pedal the clutch disengages instead of having a few inches of freeplay then the clutch disengaging right before pedal goes to floor. I,ve called valair n Dan said this is normal with hydraulic upgrade. The shutter is the center plate between two disc grabbing prematurly n should get better with time. I just wanted to know if anyone with this dual organic disc clutch experienced these symptoms.

Btw the valair hyd. upgrade comes with an adjustable master cylinder rod that connects to the pedal.
