Yes air will get into the fuel system. You will have to crack the injector lines you can easily access, such as 1,3,4,5 and bleed them till you get a steady flow of fuel out. Bleeding the fuel lines is a 2 person job, one to watch and tighten the lines back up while the other cranks it over.

OKay I went to this guy in town that does performance diesel stuff he has a shop and hes really good he told me that it wasnt my overflow valve or it would be hard starting in the mornings which it is not. He told me to switch the relay above the a/c clutch i did that and it didnt do anything differnt he also said check that #9 area you were telling me about. I ended up getting about 5 full turns out of all 3 of those nuts or fittings whatever you want to call them. Its still not starting right up, I havnt drove it much yet could there still be air in there? if so how long will it take to clear up.

There could be residual air in the lines still but I doubt it. If you are still experiencing hard start issues you need to start going over then entire fuel system from tank to injectors. Just look for any wet spots or pin holes. If everything looks good then I would say your IP is going under.
