Your list is what I will do over time.

Next for me is a fuel pump, and then upgrade the 47re.

Then the injectors and hp stuff.

Looks like your off to a good start man. First things first clutch/guages/ lift pump. And if your VP is dead then a new one of those too Unfortunately all that probably just took up the 3k budget you have

I would do VP, Clutch, and Lift Pump and Gauges first. If you plan on towing stay away from the big Valair single disc in my opinion. If you dont tow and are just daily driving then i wouldnt shy away from that clutch at all. If you do tow id look into their organic towing dual disc and or a south bend 3250.

Thanks for the input guys! Yes the VP, LP, and gauges are a must right now...Idk if I really want to spend the money for the clutch and comp box right now... Its really hard to just spend it even though I really want to...If you know what I mean... I might have to get the first 3 and wait on the chip and clutch....

If you have the cash get the clutch before the chip as you will not be able to use the added power of the Comp if your clutch is slippin.

Technically for the truck to run properly you would need at least a 64mm turbo but my buddy ran 250's and quad adren on stock hx35 with a 5 speed for a year. just never beat on it and watched egts. and once in awhile would roll some coal.
