I was looking at running anywhere around 100 to 150 hp injectors and a HTT turbo.
But I am afraid it is going to be way to hot. I wonder if water/meth would help keep things cool enough?

If you come up this way we'll be more than happy to go over your options with you!

My honest opinion would be as small as possible charger 62/12 or 14, Considering spool up is very important when towing! Injectors Should be around 100 horse, and use your comp to deal with EGT's, You may even consider a smaller set of injectors!

An ATS or HTT manifold would also be a good option!

Water/Meth is Expendable, In other words, It runs out! I dont really look to water meth to cool things down in the first place!

The big thing with the setup I mentioned, If you dont go too big, you can still add decent power, keep spool up, and not get too hot. Again, Injectors couldnt hurt to be smaller, but if you go with a high quality set, 100hp sticks will be fine!

Towing HP is different than peak HP.

In other words, you could probably run the biggest stick you want if you can keep your foot out of it.

I have towed over 20K with M6s, towing twins, 285 tire and 3.54 gears.

I could in no way tow near the full HP of the truck. Box on or off.

Thats kinda what I am talking about. I am wanting to run 150 hp sticks with a single turbo and keep the comp on level 1 while towing for the timing.
Would it be too hot that way? I would even tow with the comp off to keep it cool enough.

I am running ddp 200 hp sticks and a bd super b turbo on a 01 with auto tranny. I tow up to around 12k pounds with my edge juice off 800 egts when cruising and up to 1000 when getting on it or merging with the trailer. i usta run 100 hp jammers with a stock turbo and it would stay cool with the box down.
