Default What turbo do i need?

Looks like my next upgrade is going to be a turbo. Ill be doing studs at the same time. I was looking at a s300 or a hx40. My dad has a b1 bomber and its pretty nice to. Not planning to do anything alse after this. At least performance wise. I dont drag i dont do sled pulls. I tow a trailer occasionally, but never over 10k lbs. I have 125 sticks, edge juice w att. Hotrod vp44, raptor lp, 4" straight pipe, cold air intake. Not trying to make a million hp on the dyno. But i do want more power, and better egts. Nothing too laggy either, it is a 6 speed.

So i did some research, and it seems the b1 bomber that my dad has is based on an s300. His has a "kwik spool" option. Thats means it has the smaller exhaust? housing. I dont know enough about turbos yet. How would i measure his to try and find a similar one? I love the way his runs so thats definitely what i want.

I woul say that 62/68/14 would be good. Just don't get anything bigger than 62, or it will b laggy.
