Default BD exhaust manifold

just got a new bd diesel exhaust manifold and it came looking like ****. did i just get a bad one or do all theirs came this way?

Mine didn't look like that when I got it. It looks like they just took a grinder to it? Is it used?

No,it's not a used unit, it is a New unit, its just they ground alot of the casting slag that comes from the foundry off during production. My guess is the packager never showed it to quality control department for approval to ship.
