Car Chemistry had muffler inserts for various sizes of exhaust pipes, slide it into the outlet and weld or bolt it in place. They claim to add minimal resistance, should quiet it down quite a bit. Check Jegs.com or Summitracing.com

I've been thinking about using a Semi Style muffler, if I ever wanted to make mine quieter. As long as the OD of the muffler isn't too big, it should be able to fit.

i had a 4in MRBP with the streight pipe and i had to put a muffler on it and i put this one on it, MBRP Universal 4" Quiet Tone Muffler, it help a lot. I dont know if its the same one that comes with the MRBP pipes that have the muffler tho.

I put a muffler same as you would put on a 5 ton truck, no cat or resinator. Followed by 5" dual exhaust straight to the back. Initially when you hit the gas you can hear it(mainly because of my tail pipes), but at constant speed its quiet.
