My EGT's are never over 900. Maybe I have the wrong wire tapped. The VP is new so maybe the wires got turned around during install. I will also check the sub levels because I know they are not all on 5. Will get back

OK. I put all sub levels to 5. I checked the wire tap. It may have had a loose connection. The connectors were slightly corroded. I am able to get more smoke. I also noticed my EGT's shot up more so I backed her down. Seems to be working a little better now. My tranny is starting to slip pretty bad so I think I should get that fixed before adding any more HP. I think i'll try stacking with a smarty next. If thats not enough then prob bigger turbo. Then who knows. Thanks

Don't waste your money on a Smarty. You already have plenty of fuel. You need a Turbo.

My tap wire did that on my ADR also.... you should either RE tap it and fill the tap full of di-electric grease or even better would be to get one of the plates that mount on top the VP and tap it with a special screw. Those are sturdy and don't break loose like wire taps.

If you do choose to go with a Stealth Plate, which I also suggest, have a look a this:

That's what its called. Lmao! I forgot the name!

Great write up!! I would suggest using Di Electric grease though? Can't water still sneak down threads on the screw, or the screw corrode (steel)?

So if I were to upgrade the turbo, what would be a good upgrade with my mods. Without breaking the bank of course. I'm reading alot about the hybrids.
