Default 5in or 4in exhaust

which is better for my truck 5in or 4in i just have intake airdog 150 and edge juice with attidude

4" is all that is needed, 5" give no more performance but has a different tone to it.

4inch is nice mbpr with muffler maybe thats what im rolling sounds nice

With those mods a 4" works well. Im running the MBRP no muffler turbo back kit.

4" I run MBRP, it has a teeny tiny muffler on it too. has a great sound.

Use a muffler. It cuts cab drone down a lot, but its still loud out the pipe if that's what you are looking for.

Which ever exhaust you choose please don't put a 10 inch tip on it........


4" pipe = 5" tip> IMO
5" pipe = 6" tip> IMO

i actually gave a 7 inch tip that i really like i wouldnt go any bigger than that.. im thinking if i can get a good deal on a 5 inch im going to get that

Yeah I got an 8 on my 01 with 5 inch and its big, I like it but if I went back and did it again id go 7. I had a 6 on my 98 with 4 inch. Right now im going to have to angle my exhaust up at the tail pipe so I don't catch on curbs being a 2wd
