Default can u fool the ecu?
is there any way to bypass or fool the ecu so the de fuel when it gets to a certain rpm without getting a chip?

No sorry i was posting for my friends 24v He was curious. Its basically a stock truck except a straight pipe about all thats done to it.

There is nothing that I am aware of that can be done to achieve what he is looking for, without a programmer or chip.

He doesnt like how it de fuels when his truck gets to a certain rpm. Ill tell him to just get a chip . I think he is afraid of cooking his stock tranny

get a "mild" 80hp tune, dont beat on it and he'll be fine

A Smarty would be his best bet for that kind of power. It also has many other features.
