I got offered a Blue Chip Diesel "FMS" box for a 98.5-00 CTD...$400 is what he's askin'...'sposed to all be there and ready to hook up...2 questions (1) is that a decent price (2) do I have to worry about software...ie...locked vin or upgrades....?

I think $400 is a hell of a deal. Dont they normally sell for around $1000? or am I wrong.

I see now that you have the walbro system. You should be ok.

 

That seems like a pretty sweet deal to me to. You should jump on it then you could outrun the wife in your truck
