I'm not really sure that the Smarty makes that many changes to PCM/Shift Pattern, As always increasing fueling effects the transmission in many ways. I would double check throttle valve cable adjustment and document your shift points and verify their correct with a local trans. shop.

i have no complaints about the 100 yet. Long story short, when i first got truck, had problems w fuel, bought the pump seller's mechanic installed. i did however go back in and added Vulcan Draw Straw V and a new fuel module. (gauge wasnt correct and ran it out of fuel twice before i figured it out) I would do the liberty upgraded fuel module if you ever have that problem. I also recommend the DSV to go along with the AirDog. I asked around and for all that i wanted to do HP/mods the 100 is adequate.

on lvl 4 and higher ( i think it starts at 4) the addational hp that the smarty adds is about the same. the only difference is in how the power is added. i have a manual so i set mine on 9 and the revo software to kill (defult timing though) and it was killer. or so i thought till i got my quad. with a stock auto though id keep the settings on defult and lvl 5 or lower, and off to tow.

i have a 5 inch straight pipe, and it can get pretty loud. try towing an enclosed trailer through the mountians of WV at 70mph. didnt have any power adders at the time so it was 5th gear (6 speed) and floored to make it up the mountians at that speed. Damn was it loud! stuff was vibrating in the cab that had never done it before because it was so loud!
