i've got a flo pro 4inch with no muffler. sounds good, wasn't expensive, installation was great and fit great, only thing is the supplied bracket for the tail end didn't fit but didn't end up needing it because the hanger on the tail end fit right into the stock rubber hanger so no foul there.

What kind of exit does the tip have? 90 degree or 45 like mbrp? Got a pic?

ok, couldnt wait for the intake and exhaust to get on, hooked up the smarty and put it on Lvl 1, set torque and timing to 2, what is with the shifting? its running 1st and 2nd geer all the way out to 2500-2600 rpm and loves to drop back down. is this because of the torque setting? i'm going to bump it to Lvl 3 for the ride home from work and keep all the settings on default and see what kind of shift pattern that brings. Any suggestions on setting the other variables? (Torque, timing, duration)

I hate it because its too loud for me, although i dont really know how much a 4" will quiet it down - it has a 6" tip, MBRP stainless system....i think it looks awesome! FWIW, the truck has zero drone at highway unloaded......but drop the rpms or go a little deep in the pedal and she roars.....depends on what you like. I do find myself grinning when i roll it on going under an overpass.....

I left all that alone on "0" and just ran the the tunes. Ive ran the mpg for a while but now Im running soft catcher and Im getting better mpg the fuel saver also less smoke. When you leave all the settings default it picks the best set up for the program. Really ya just need to get a 1/4 of a tank of fuel and waste it on a back road playing with the tunes and finding that sweet spot.

so your running on like 4-5? do you notice the shift pattern to be somewhat annoying or does it shift like you think it should? i set the torque and timing based on a buddy's input that has meesed with his smarty, although he has a completely rebuilt tranny amd 100hp injectors on top of what i have and he runs his on 8 with the added timing and torque settings.

Yea the 5 is stupid drone with a trailer. I pulled a 25 foot party barge an hour to the lake and I could not hear for a least a day

Na it shifts fine for me on mpg or soft catcher. I need to get my egt hooked up before I go any higher in the levels.
