Low boost s400 HELP

Default Low boost s400 HELP

I've got a 99 ctd with 150 air dog 150 injectors juice with attuide hot unlock it's auto with a A&A valve body head studs and a schield built 66mm s400 I bought the truck already built minus the vb and injectors but here's my prob at 34psi it's like it hits a wall and won't make any more boost I've checked the obvious like boost limit on juice loose air intercooler piping it's not running outta fuel plenty of black smoke at 34 psi any help would be appericated.

what s400 is it? I would say you need more fuel but really you need a top charger to make a set of compounds. I only made 40 psi out of my 475 with my lightning III injectors and 85 psi overall

It's there pn 411102 says it's good to 850hp 198ex housing I'm having a s300 built now to put with it I'm looking at soure auto for piping that I can buy and finish myself I think that's about the cheapest way to get the piping. I just thought that thing would make more boost by it's self

Cheapest way is to buy exhaust pipe in 45's and 90's and do it yourself. That's what I did.

Any help would be app. I've got all the elbos and components at hand my freind owns a exhaust shop Pics dimensions parts thanks only thing I'm gonna buy is the s300 exh. Flange and 400 comp flange I think I can build the rest from looking at every one else's kits looks like the hot pipe is 4" what about comp pipe is it 4" and tapers to 3"?

i'm running a S474/74/.90T4 as a single and i'm seeing a max of 48psi on a hard launch and 42-45 on the street and thats with the largest scheid cam i could run on stock pistons....but the truck is ppumped with 7x12 injectors

imo to street a S400 as a single a cam is a must
