Edge is simple, 1-2-3 power. The quad seems to offer possibilities and adjustments above and beyond the guy that just wants plug and play power. Edge is install and go. Quad, downloads, adjustments, tinkering, and trying to find what works for you,

The Quad has more variables you can change. The edge has 5 levels (6 with hot unlock), and each level has a low boost response level. This changes how hard it fuels at lower RPM's and boost.
