Default Flashpaq

How's this for luck? I bought a 3805 Superchips Flashpaq for my parent's '06 Dodge truck a few years ago, used it for a short time on my '05, and just found out today it also works on my '01 24V truck. I've really got my moneys worth out of this thing.

How are these for tuners? I wouldn't buy one for the truck, but since I have it I may as well use it. Does anyone know the power numbers? Should I be concerned about it running high EGTs? Right now the truck is stock with a 4" exhaust from the DP back to a stack. I'm going to put my HTT 62/13SS turbo on this truck (came off my 12V) when I get a new DP. I also plan on buying an Edge Comp box, but for now this flashpaq is better than nothing.

You need to get a better fuel system like a Airdog or FASS before you start adding power or ur gunna fry that VP. For the superchips I'm not a big fan of them havnt heard very good things about them. Hope that helps

Like I said I wouldn't buy one for this truck, but I just happened to have one laying around so what the heck. The truck has good fuel pressure, but I am going to put a different lift pump on it in a few weeks.

On a VP'd truck you have to tap the pump wire to get more then 65 hp out of any tuner. Edge is gonna give you a lot more power because it taps the pump wire.

Like stated above make sure you get a better LP and a FP gauge to keep an eye on the old vp.

The truck has good fuel pressure
What do you classify as "good"?

10 is good, it has a low pressure light too. Im going to do an edge box when I put a new LP on. Figured I may as well use the flashpaq since it was just sitting around doing nothing.
