I finally Bought turbo ! I been saving for about a year to buy it. I got me a HTT 66/71/14 and I was wondering did I make a right buy for the money I spent? The only thing I did not buy was a hx40 downpipe I heard you can make your own cheaper is this true? if so please put some pics up! Man I can't till it goes on the Billy Goat!!!

you can pick them up on ebay for cheap if needed and they are just leftovers from another kit. even new they are only like 100 bucks

 

well i got the fuel. I have 150 bd injector nozzles,superchips,and airdog.. those are me fuel mods with those 150's they are really smokey i think i should be good.. will this turbo be good on spooling quick? if so how quick?

 

lets just say no you don't have enough fuel it will not spool quick. it's not going to be a good daily driver or tow rig. you need something besides the superchip, that turbo right there will make 700hp on fuel alone on a vp truck.

 

Yeah you need to get rid of the superchips and get a edge comp or juice with hot unlock, and some bigger sticks would definitely help out alot to get that turbo spooling. Or you can tear the front of the truck apart and do a hamilton or colt big stick cam to help get that big bugger going.
