Have fun with that 66... towing and daily driving is going to suck.. your only hope with enough fuel is ditch the superchip..it DOESNT make good power... invest in a redline, edge, quadzilla something... oh and 200 horse injectors atleast..

my good friend runs a 64 from BD the 4k box DDP 200's and a 5speed..even with the dense south texas air it sucks unless your foots off in it and its over 2100rpms

yea I hear that .. well I didnt have time to finish putting it on tonight we drank more beer than work . But tomorrow morning I am going to work on it.. all we got done was pull the turbo. so Tomorrow is the big day forsure haha

Hey,

There is nothing wrong with drinking some ice cold beverages. At least you can say you got the other turbo out......moderation...LOL Have fun putting that bad boy in it's new home today.

It sounds to me like the edge comp was just an edge and not a comp and the wire wasnt probably tapped. Im tellin ya, a superchip and 150's aint gonna cut it! Not to optimum performance anyhow.

Hey man congrats on the new turbo it will be awesome once you get other supporting mods but great way to think so you dont have to upgrade later

Well guys I ran into a problem yesterday while I was putting on the turbo. I have it all bolted up in place but the boots back on ect. I went to put the oil line that goes on top of the turbo and went to make sure that fitting was tight and it broke I was so pissed i quit workin on my truck.. so today I have to get a new fitting and bolt up the down pipe.. I hope I can find that oil fitting so I can drive my dang truck Its been 3 very long days without my Billy Goat
