Id like to polish the bottom charger but nobody will see it and it takes a bit of work so It will stay the same. The Cold pipes will be powder coated to match the valvecover

are you going to at least polish the turbine housing on the top one like the HTT was? and you know you want to polish the bottom as well...I mean, you've got all winter. Remember what they say, chrome don't get ya home.
