Default Suggested programmer/chip

I have 120's, no box, just a fooler, 4" and intake. Made the truck way more fun, just enough smoke and my EGT's stay pretty in check while pulling hard usually below 1200, summer with a moomba up a big hill. Any body recommend a programer for my ride?

Do you have a better lift pump such as a FASS or AirDog? I wouldn't go to crazy on fuel until you do. A fuel pressure gauge is also a must on these trucks to keep the injection pump alive.

If you fill out your signature with the mods to your ride, we can help you out easier.

Ya get yourself a good lift pump first. Depending on your budjet I would check out the Edge CTS.

Get rid of the in tank pump as soon as possible and get a Fass or Airdog ASAP!

I agree, get a FASS, Airdog, or Raptor ASAP. Then depending on what year you have, and what you do with your truck. If your just looking for a little timing to help with mileage and cool your EGT's I would just get a DiabloSport PowerPuck. They are about $170 at RPMOutlet.com and if you have a 98.5 -00 yo ucan stack that with the Boost fooler you already have, since it only plugs in between the VP44 Harness. I had one and loved it.

Whats the deal with the in tank pump? Why so bad? I mean it has to be better than the junk that was on the side of the block. Its not a daily driver, i pull my boat and use it for longer trips. Thanks

the in tank pumps still have a hard time staying cool unless you keep your tank above half all the time. also they are only designed to deliver what the IP needs, bone stock, not throwing your foot through the floor. with you have 120's and wanting to do even a mild tuner, the LP most likely cannot deliver all of the fuel the IP needs. putting that together with how easily the pumps can overheat and burnout, its 500 bucks and a few hours, or walking IMO
