i like my edge with attitude in addition to my boost and pyro guage prsonally just more things you can watch.. and you can also set alerts and backdowns so u dont toast ur clutch or tranny. .02 worth

 

Definately the Quadzilla Adrenaline with Pulse...I've had the comp box and juice and smarty...all three are good boxes but the adrenaline is the best power and adjustability and the updates are awesome...it's a lil more expensive but well worth it...I would get the Pulse with it even though you have gauges you can do alot more with the pulse

 

I've never used a Quad before, but they seem less user friendly. There are constant threads about "Quad tunes?" or "What to set my Quad to". The EJWA, or Edge Comp gives you 5, or 6, levels, and your off to the races. A simpler addition of power if your not looking to precisely dial in everything.

 

Well that's a simple fix..don't use custom tuning...the quad has 1k settings or online u can download more aggressive fueling settings but the quad has 180HP / 420 ft. Lbs....the comp nor any. Other programmer can say that and it has a turbo timer, defuel settings, and monitors 20 things, it has high idle mode and warm up mode too...it can do performance tests like 1/4 mile or 0-60 and data logs all your parameters...for your money its by far the best and most advanced and Powerful system out there

 

edge comp it just works and honestly the quad slowed me down on the track back to back testing and 2 tenths slower with the quad.

 

It really depends on the vehicle and your mods because on my old truck I had alot of mods it was a 99 set up for a drag truck that me and a local shop built and i was .5 faster with the quad when I was doing testing for them I ran with juice, comp, quad, and smarty. The quad wast .5 faster than the comp, .8 faster than the juice, and .4 faster than the smarty. And my truck I have now had a comp on it when I got it and I haven't got any numbers because I am not done with modding it yet but it feels so much stronger and responsive with the quad

 

I've always heard that the Quad is hit and miss. Some are great, some just suck.

 

the testing was done same day on back to back runs. quad first then drag comp, drag come first then quad. quad was always slower. I would say my truck was built for drag racing...

 

Quad all the way can't say much about the comp the edge with juice is no comparison to quad been there and done that!jmo

 

Yeh sometimes more fuel is not faster when I have mine on level 6 unlocked (no defueling) I have seen 1700+ pre turbo! How much do you want to go?
