I have an edge comp box on my truck recently i was driving down the road and it threw a overboost code which is typical but with programmer and harness installed it cannot be cleared so i took the harness off made the truck stock and no matter how hard i run it the code doesn't appear but if u simply put the programmer harness and box back in the truck its instantly back so i got a new boost sensor which made no difference i sent the box to edge they claimed nothing was wrong it performs fine!! I have a stock turbo with small injectors and the waste gate is blocked its been like this for years with no problem until now stock it will push 29 pounds of boost turned all the way up its always pushed about 38 and never threw a code i couldn't eliminate which i only ever threw it once before i've checked all connections a million times cleaned both sensors i am at a complete loss please help

I have an Edge Comp on my '02; and have had it for about four years now. Never have I seen an overboost code with it installed...
I would think either something wrong with the box or the harness as well...

When you sent the Comp in to Edge, did the harness accompany it?

I fought this same issue myself, it was a problem in the wiring harness. In my case, about 2 inches down the wires from the plug on the back of the box, there was a small circuit of some sort. A wire went into it but nothing came out the other side, it had broken off.

I had a similar problem when I first installed my edge juice. It was a loose connection to the negative battery terminal. Check your terminals and buy new terminal clamps if they are old/corroded or loose fitting. These chips need to have very good connections to work correctly
