Wouldn't mind maximizing the boost from my 64/71/14. Tips on wastegate adjustment? Figured it's safest to ask before experimenting. Runnin about 46psi right now. Head studs are in so it's time to see some boost!

More boost is not always better. It really depends on your Drive Pressue.

Just put boost high enough to where it clears up the smoke.

If it does it at 42lbs thats all you need, any extra is just hotter air, more drive presure and your engine works harder.

Ok. Yeah it clears up the smoke right now with the jammer injectors so when the big dawgs are in it ill re-test. Maybe ill get fancy and run a drive pressure 0-100 gauge and see how close to 1:1 i am

My guess is another hole drilled into my exh manifold isnt really a great idea... Dont wanna crack it. I saw a kit that runs an egt probe and drive pressure off the same manifold hole. Dont know if its really worth the hassle at this point. I figure if it runs good im most likely safe. Plus... the key to dropping drive pressures would be a bigger exh housing correct? I think a 14cm housing is plently big enough for my setup...
