Default Valair Clutches

Would anybody recommend a Valair? I'm lookin at a 13.00" x 1.375" Ceramic/Kevlar one, but I'd just like some feedback from anyone that's had or has one. I've got a Southbend one in my truck now and it's going out. Don't really want another. I drove a pickup with a vailar the other day and really liked. Wonderin what you guys think.

I've not had any problems out of my ceramic.

depends on how you want to use your truck. i've heard that ceramic is pretty grabby, so it's now as nice to tow with. but it holds nice though.

those two brands are pretty even in my mind, but i do lean a little more towards valair. probably try one when my stocker goes out.

Southbend is top shelf stuff.

Which one do you have? How old is it? Just worn out or what?

We have had excellent luck with both Valair and SB. My truck had a Full Ceramic Valair and was extremely grabby.

Both clutches are awesome IMO. I like my valair DD and my buddy really likes his ceramic/kevlar single disc. I think you would be happy with the valair clutch.

go with the ceramic/kevlar its a lot better than ceramic for a dd and also towing. Mine 13" valair was great till my i made a little too much boost to fast
