There's an outfit called Steer & Gear in Columbus that does great things with these type boxes. I've used them a couple times and they do quality work. They can at least rebuild to your box to better than new spec, or possibly sell you a replacement outright. Give them a call:

Glad this is working for many of you! I have even heard that there are people finding the steering kit now from Mopar for <$200 with club/wholesale discounts! That's hard to beat.:tu:
Can anyone that has retro-fitted this to the older 2nd gens ('99 and older?) post up what taper they used to ream the knuckles and pitman arm? |

has anyone done this on the older 2nd gen trucks like a 96 or so? if so what size reemer have you used?!! im getting a new box and would like to upgrade tho this 2010 t style!! im so sick of having steering issues!!

Grease fittings
I did this on my 07 4wd and it was great. I just drilled and screwed grease fittings into the assembly so I was able to lube it. This should help it last longer for you.
