As someone who has run that set-up, yes, you have just enough fuel and can make 60-65psi. You can also plumb in an external gate for the HT60 and tune the two gates to keep boost/drive low and still flow plenty of air for your needs.
the HX35 is a 56 comp w/12 single gated housing. The superB is a 57 comp w/14 dual gated housing. so the superB can flow a LOT more through its exhaust side which is one of the reasons its a great top turbo for twins.

im gonna run a 63/68/.91 divided t4 flange over an ht60 which should make for a great combo also with dual external gates to dial it in
the more exhaust you can put to the secondary the better off you will be so use that super b it should make for a quick spooling set up
a buddy made 600hp with a hx35 over a ht60
