guage suggestions and lift pump suggestions
I was given this site as a place to ask questions about my Dodge where I could get a straight answer. So far I have been researching this site. The injector pump that went out in NM was due to the fuel pump taking a dump. from what i've read, the Air Dog fuel pump looks like the best bet, but I was looking for a recommendation as to what gauges I should start with, from what i've seen, i'm looking at a fuel pressure, EGT, and Boost to be mounted on the pillar, any suggestions

After having a FASS, and seeing an AirDog 2, I think the AirDog 2 is the way to go. Just need to know a little more about your truck before making some suggestions on gauges. If you could fill you sig out with year, make, model, trans, and any mods.
If it is an Auto, I suggest Boost, Pyro, and Trans Temp. If it's a manual, Boost, Pyro, and Fuel Pressure. With the auto go with a fuel pressure light, the AirDog 2 already has the option built into the harness.

DON'T do a fuel pressure light it's already too late if the light goes on. Honestly I have autometer gauges and my next set will be isspro I really like their viewing area etc. Have had issues with the autometers. Isspro supports the diesel community very well. I would go with boost pyro fuel pressure and trans temp if an auto.

A lot of people will debate mechanical gauges are better than electronic because electronics are more likely to mess up, read falsely and mechanical gauges are less likely to go out. Personally I am going to stick with my edge gauges until after I put some more stuff into the truck then put in mechanical gauges
