Default 5 Inch Exhaust

Im pullin my stacks despite my better judgement and wanting to go to a five inch turbo back. I have been looking at the Farm Boys Diesel 5 inch turbo back but the details are sketchy. Most kits i see have a 4 in downpipe to five inch back. Is there anyone who makes a true five inch? anyone put a five inch on and who did they use?

From what I asked on here before about fbd everyone said don't buy from them, and they even got banned from this site. If your looking for a cheap 5 inch exhaust id suggest talking to luke and dieseldawgs. On there they've got budget exhaust systems and also the name brand ones. As far as a true 5 inch I'm not so sure about that. But like I said before a lot of bombers said don't buy from fbd because of part quality and etc.

I took a look on lukes site and it looks like possibly the mbrb 5 inch is a complete 5 inch turbo back. The expandit is a 4 into 5.

I dont wanna buy another downpipe that is the same as what i got ya know. And crzycummins im givin my stacks to my little brother. He's got a 99 and thinks he needs em now! When i get it done il post up some pics and let ya know how it went.

I went with MBRP Installer series 5". Came with a 4" down pipe. Install was really, really easy. You do loose your spare tire due to the size of the pipe, but since your running 33" tires it doesn't really matter.

I had trouble clearing my transmission with a 4" downpipe. I dont see how a 5" would work. Im not sure how many true 5" exhausts there are - most have a 4" downpipe I believe.

FYI, FBD is a liar and thief. He was banned for ripping people off among other things. Im sure just about any one of our sponsors can get you what your looking for.
