I'm going to try bleeding it by loosening the line at the filter instead of what I was doing before and see if I can get fuel that way. Hopefully it works because I'm stuck in new mexico and need to get on the road soon back home but I can't till I have this working properly

Got it working and running great! 21 psi at idle and 14 psi at full throttle on level 3. Thanks for the help!
