Default pyro spike?

Currently I have a loaded gooseneck on with about 35 squares of torn off shingles and a pile of other misc stuff... anyway, I took off from the job site, and my pyro spiked all the way around to 2400 F until I stood on it to build boost. I feathered the throttle a few times to make sure it wasn't just the guage playing with me. on a side note even with the waste gate plugged off, she will only build 20 psi.

Any ideas?

have you seen them go belly up that soon before? I have only had them for about 4 - 6 weeks now.

I would make sure you have it properly grounded. Even if it means taking a screwdriver or file and scraping paint off to make sure you get a good ground.

being that they are all grounded in the same spot, wouldn't a bad ground affect all three of my guages?

In that case - quite likely. Can you seperate the grounds?
