Default Need some help?

I am having problems with my truck whenever warmed up at idle it starts to have a little miss, and im trying to figure out why. here's an idea at idle warmed up my truck is pushing 20 to 22 psi of fuel pressure which is probably to high? the reason i think this is because in the morning it idles at 15 psi and idles perfect, but when i get it warmed up my fass ddrp pump pushes anywhere to 20 to 23 psi, and then stsrts to have a little miss to it? If this is the problem could i get a raptor 100 pump so i can adjust fuel pressure to where i want it? Any help would be appreciated. Because i would hate to spend the money on a 400 dollar lift pump and not fix the problem.
