Raptor 150
I would spend the extra for the AirDog! I debated the SAME thing! I ended up with the AirDog. Better filters then stock, WAY easier to change! The unit is very well made! Keeps my gauge maxed out at ALL times (gauge stops @ 15psi). Little PITA to install on short wheel base though because it has to go on outside of frame rails. Not topo bad though! Came with upgraded fittings and lines!

Sooooo, I have a short bed, your telling my the AD has to go on the outside of the frame? Why?? Whats wrong with the inside of the frame? Im in need of a lift pump, and I was wondering whats the difference between outside vs inside? Sorry for the silly ??'s but I don't want to make more headaches fer myself.
Thanks

thanks!!!
I need an AD
and mines a shortie bed.
I'm debating the same thing right now and am just not sure if I need the filtration down to .07 microns or whatever it is. The AD is definitely gucci, but I'm having trouble justifying the additional cost since I have to buy gauges at the same time.
Well since the VP is a sensitive pump as it is and the stock filter maybe does 20 microns getting any foreign material in there to damage it is not my priority... As for gauges, just get a Quadzilla Adrenaline W/ pulse...
