Default Boost PSI runnin Quad Adr

Just curious what kind of boost numbers on the stock turbo you guys are seeing. Even with mine on kill I'm only seeing 22-24 PSI. Just me, but isn't that a little low? Let me know what ya'll think. Thanks.

Mark your turbo is wastegated to only produce that amount of boost no matter how much fuel you throw at it. Mine was the same way until I installed a boost elbow. Then it would hit 40+ boost.

it's what you need I'm putting down about 30lbs now and I'm not real turned up they're around 25 bucks I think plus some shipping it basically blocks off the wastegate I got an adjustable and ended up just blockin it off all the way so you could try that too. it's that little elbow on the bottom of the turbo

That would be awesome man, thanks!!!! So what's safe a safe psi for a HX35 before you have to start worrying about damaging it? Also, will the higher boost numbers bring down EGTs? I don't really understand how all that works. I figure more air moving fast will, or do I need a bigger turbo to accomplish that?
