Default 24 valve build up help.

ive decided to put my truck on hold for a while. i bought a dodge dualy with the 2002 24 valve. i have the motor in my shop and i want to build it from the bottom up. i wanna go allout and make it one of the baddest 24 valves out there and put it in my silver slug! im not trying to make it a weekend project. i wanna take my time maybe over the cource of a year.
could anybody give me the best way to do this..
cams,pistons,conecting rods,head,pushrods,fire ringed,studs,best vp44,biggest injectors,twin turbos, etc etc etc,
thanks guys dont let me down i wanna hear your ideas

also what do you think the biggest injectors i can run on a super B special.

im getting tired of my 150's there to smokey and get things hot i think if i spent the cash on some good 200's either ddp or mach. i might be able to run 200's with my smarty and ADR stack.

A good set of ddp 150's will run good. And as for your build up i would look into ddp's cams they make awesome 24valve and cr cams. Look into industrial injection for a badass vp 44 as well as twins and injectors. I would get the arp 625 headstuds ect. And i would look into the stainless .093 injection lines if your gonna go all out.

I wouldnt spend the money on boreing the block unless the cylinders wall are scored or rough.

Cams=DDP's,Pistons=This can be debaitable to what you want to use the truck for. The steel pistons are extremely durable and can handle the highest loads, but also tend to be heavy and expensive, costing up to three times as much as conventional cast aluminum pistons.Diesel pistons with ceramic fiber reinforcement in the bowl rim have also been developed for high load applications.Connecting rods=stock is fine,Head =ported and polished, fire ring FIRE RING HEAD GASKET KITS, 12 AND 24 VALVE CUMMINS ENGINES - Haisley Machine 14MM XHD HEAD STUD KIT,VP44 =SO type stock,Injectors DDP 200hp,Twins=?,Lots of time...

I tkink that truck is using this intake manifold(this is on my 2002 and work well)Performance Diesel Warehouse - Products for Dodge, Ford, and Chevy Duramax. Puts the Nos were it belongs. This requires a good amount of machine work.

If you want to avoid high egt's don't go over 150's. I know a guy running a 64 and some mach 6's and it gets hot. If your going to run compounds then a set of mach 7's would be perfect. But I don't know who would work with a single and a cam as I have not been down that road yet.
