First off your Edge has a built in boost fooler I would remove that your more than likely confusing the edge. If you running an auto build that up before you go any further.

After that I would suggest swapping out your Attitude for a Comp, a good set of compounds, head studs and a cam. I am not sure if you should swap out your intercooler yet but that might be another thing to look into. From the info that I have gotten from others that should put you pretty close to your mark as far as I know but if not it is a good start. I wish you the best of luck.

Also I would talk to 01Quadcab I believe he is in the 600s off of fuel only.

built auto, big injectors probably 200's, big single or twins, I dont believe these is any need for an aftermarket intercooler unless you got an extra grand to drop on one. Cam will help with spool up but isnt necesary.Head Studs, Airdog or FASS. The list goes on and on. What will you be using the truck for. Edge drag comp is what I would recommend programmer wise. Some more will chime in. 01QuadCab is a good one to talk to with a proven setup.

If your gonna be towing with it you really dont have a choice but to go with twins if your looking for upwards of 550hp out of a 24valve.

I did 575 with a set of ddp 200's my edge juice with attitude with hot unlock, a 62/71/14 over a s475.
Compounds are not cheap, but the work well.
What brand injectors are you running? I think you could hit your goal with that size injector. Just depends on whose they are. You might be a little light on fuel with 150's though. I think 200's would be perfect for what you want. I did some towing with my 200's and could not get over 1k on the pyro. But I didn't go far but did have to pull up a good grade home. 4k dump trailer with 3 cord of wet oak. Not the heaviest load, but you know it's there. But like state above a built trans is a must. You can get a single charger first then go from there. I might be selling my 475 here soon and going bigger.

You can get complete twin kits minus turbo for around $1100. Which would be all the piping oil lines ect.

I will have to look into what they are going for. It will be a while, but the 475 is really only good a bottom turbo.
