I am uncertain what kind of fuel filter housing a 98 has but I believe it should be very similar to a 99.

Here is an install on a 99 CTD:

So, basically what you need is a fitting to thread into the filter housing (this is a 1/8" npt fitting), and a needle valve, some line (1/8" DOT approved air brake line), and a guage. Obviously, if you use 1/8" line you need 1/8" npt fittings. Also, the fitting at the gauge should be 1/8" npt female. I would also push the 1/8" tubing through larger 1/4" tubing where it passes through the firewall for abrasion resisitance.

I cant give you exact part numbers but it should be too hard to track down the parts. You dont really need to buy a "kit" for this.

Since your running the raptor 150 id recommend our Vulcan Filter to Injection Pump Kit. This will replace everything from the Filter to the VP44 and give you 1/2 or 3/8 line for better flow. It will also include the tapped 90 degree fitting for fuel pressure access. This is a bit more expensive but will net you a few more pounds of fuel pressure.

The only reason I say this is these are very popular with the guys running the Raptors, HPFP or the home brew lift pump setups. Theres quiet a bit of restriction on the stock setup.
