With my setup what temp should I be running. I can tow a light load and run close to 1k doesn't seem right on flat land. normal driving with my 4.10s at 65 and I'm over 600 easy. How do I get my temp down if that's too high?

 

I don't think 1000 is too bad. I roll on the hiway at 700-800 depending on the road. Want it cooler? More air!

 

X2 time for a bigger turbo for cooler EGT's

 

My 01 runs about 700-800 no load,with the EGT sensor before turbo 4.10s.My 02 runs 600 before turbo but its compounds with 3.54s.With a 6,000 pound load on the 01 runs 900 or so.

Tonight I paid a lot of attention to the conditions, here is what I found:
Outside Temp : 23 F
Speed :65 MPH
Boost : 9 to 10 lbs
EGT's: 700 +/- 40 depending on the grade. The road was pretty flat
No head wind.
