Default bully dog injectors?

Anyone currently running or ever run bully dog injectors? Mine seem to be very smokey but I was wondering if they make good power? What is the hole count and size? Also how much smoke can I expect to have to deal with running these injectors along with the drag comp/smarty stack? Thanks guys

Lets see if I remember my Bully Dog injectors now...
Your signature says 200's and if I remember right they used to be called BullyDog 6's.

I can not remember the hole size and count but do remember when ProRam and JetPilot were running them they did have big smoke clouds when they dynoed. They will make decent power with most any fueling box and when Doug and Scott were running them they each used different boxes.JetPilot ran his with a TST PM3/Redline stack and ProRam ran a old school DDUFM Drag(Diesel Dynamics Ultimate Fueling Module) which was basically a Edge Comp with the drag program.JetPilot went 763 at Carlisle in 01 with spray and a set of Bully Dog 8's and I know Scott won the Moapr Dyno event at carlisle a few years ago with twins and 8's at 632 on fuel.

At one time BullyDog's injectors were what everyone wanted to run as they had the market cornered but that was then and this is now and they have since faded into the background. That doesn't mean their stuff is not any good,it just means there are way more efficent injectors out there which many have moved on to running instead.

They are a good bang for the buck if you can find them reasonable......Andy

Well I'll be damned. That's first politically correct post on injectors that I've seen in quit some time around here that made the point and didn't slam anybody else to do it. Thanks Hammer, it appreciated.

Wow! Thank you very very much! Very informative! I picked up these injectors for $500 lightly used vs $1300 brand new. They are very smokey (local law hates me) however they do seem to make good power. Never been on a dyno to prove it though. Thanks again!

They aren't really all that smokey with no electronics. They haze pretty heavily for about 3 minutes at idle after startup then idle fairly clean after that. Driving they leave a thin black trail til the turbo gets them cleaned up to a gray haze at about 2200rpm. When I had the comp box on the truck and it would black out both lanes on the highway and never really clean up much at all. I have the comp sent out for the hot unlock right now and a smarty on its way so I guess in about a week or two I'll really find out how much this things gonna smoke. I'll try to get a video tomorrow.

The Smarty will clean em up considerable. Your gonna be amazed how fast that turbo is gonna spool up with the Smarty loaded in it.
