Default 500 HP

you can look at my sig and see what i have going on but i am going for a set of injectors next but what is the best recipe for making upwards of 500 hp and keeping drivability daily and for long trailer hauls as well as family trips i have my hx40 refulated at 45 psi i am not exactly sure what it is capable of before just blowing hot air, i am also going to do head studs, gaskets, fire ring or what not so what else do i need to make my power.

First off have you built up your trans? With your current mods you can burn it up let alone adding more power. Other wise you want to post this question in 5.9L 24V Bombs (Aftermarket) - Diesel Bombers

Beef up trans, 150 injectors and a nice turbo.

you will also want to run some kind of high flow intake (air filter) and 4" exhaust to let that motor breathe.

I made 488 with 110hp injectors on a 62/71/14 and an edge juice with attitude and hot unlock. I never ran 150's. But with 200's I made 532 and it was too much fuel for the turbo. It got hot if not careful... well only when towing. top of the track was 1350 not bad really. good for 12.72

I'm about to go with 150's, a 64/71/12, headstuds, and my comp box, and I should be somewhere around 530, from what I've heard.

If your running a 5spd id probably go with a 13 or 14cm exhaust housing.
