i would go the injector and head stud route, and deffinitly a fuel press guage!

i would go with some 150 injectors, head studs, fuel pressure, and smoked cab lights. should be right around 1400 for that. good luck with it

how long and hard would it be or is it to do the head studs

you can pull them one at a time and bottom tap the holes and put them in. I did mine in with 110hp injectors but the edge juice doesn't read the boost pressure correct above about 30psi as I only thought my truck was making 35psi put on mechanical and it's made 45-50. Truck did have 155k on it when it went

the injectors option is sounding pretty tempting... with my current setup i can hit about 36lbs of boost.. how high can i get before i stretch my head studs?

Just really depends. Ive seen them blow @ 25psi and ive seen them hold 50psi.

agreed, ive hit 42psi on a mechanical guage sseveral times and its held but i dont do that very often. one of the trucks we were testing at TST in October blew one at about 28-30 psi. Im saving for 12mm studs and a phaft shaft 64 or 66 before i do blow mine.
