Default Surging?

Hey guys i think my adr is surging, i just loaded the 2000 tune the other day and when i go to get on it it fuels to about 2k or so then just seems to cut out for a second or 2. i loaded the 1000 tune back on it because it doesnt do it with that tune. But is this considered surging?

well with the 1000 tune it was 10 at idle and like 7 wot. then it started doing whatever it was doing when i loaded the 2000 tune 2 days ago so for fear of hurting anything i took the adr off for the time being. i turned the fuel up to 1800 or 2000 but i did turn it up

it was 10 at idle then until the power would cut out it was at 6 but the truc wouldnt die it just didnt have the power from the box for a second or 2. i figure my best bet is to save up put an airdog on and do my new clutch then put the adr back on

sounds like the fuel pump your have on there can`t handle what the adrenaline is asking for
air dog 150 ran fine with the adrenaline with my 99
you could put the 1000 tune back on the adrenaline and run it BUT watch the fp you don`t wanna have to buy an ip because it starved for fuel and killed it

Yea i dont exactly have 1k for a new vp44. im going to go with an Air Dog II 165 with the adjustable regulator. and i am going to leave it off and see if my mileage goes back up without it then go from there as far as adjusting the pulse and all. and i wasnt getting any smoe unless on pl level 8-10. so could that be from not enough fuel? and would not gettin enough fuel to the pump ill the mileage? having a bad air fuel ratio?

smoke is extra fuel, unburnt fuel
sounds to me like you better start saving not only for an air dog but for an ip not saying your ip is bad but it might be starting to go
when is the last time you changed your fuel filter?
