what i am looking for is a round about guees on how much hp i will get out of doing?
my set up is this.
quad/puls 5inc pipe. bdhrvp44..studded.home made intake horn. 1st gen air intake and filter.airdog 150. ddp comp 250 stickes. super phat shaft turbo. water meth. and nitrous...
with just straight motor. it did a 405 on a loaded dyno
motor and water/meth it did a 424 same dyno
with quad turned on. to pl8,2000 tune water meth. it did a 585.
i am fixing to do some motor work..
cam? what size would be the best. and what would be the most hp out of one? dyno proven.
head work. polished and ported. whats the hp gain? dyno proven
block work
was thinking bored 30 or more? and what would be the hp gain out of doing that?
I am thinking of getting a auto tranny to put in my truck, get rid of the 6 speed.. and i was wondering which one to order, looking for some kinda of hp to tell them i will be at.. dont want to buy one and it not be big enuff,

on the power gains I don't know. But for a trans you want a full billet with red altos vb the whole works. If your thinking of selling the 6spd I may know someone looking for one.
