Ok i have a big problem that i hope some one can help me with.
I have the quad addr. i went to download some tunes from the web site and they wont work bec. there older than a sertin date. it says that you need to down load the NET Framework 3.5 well i clicked on the link it took me to the download page and i clocked on down load it went threw the download steps and on the last thiing that it does it looks like it downloads the last thing and then says system error and it wont work well its starting to **** me off i have all the system requierments i am running vista i just cant figure it out i wanna know why it dont work or what to do to make it work i am hoping some one has a solution

Ok i dont know it down loaded the tune i wanted into my box and this last link you gave me down loaded but when i went to plug the box in and turn the ignition on my control pod wont light up now if i down load the original nothing special just the 10 levels tune and plug it up turn the ignition on it will turn on and light up like its supposed to any ideas but i think it has to do with the dates of the tunes to

yea it down loads the net frame work but when it goes to install it on to the computer it tres then says somthing bout installe error i hate it bec. i dont have the pulse and i cant get the turbo timer or anything

 

Wasn't there something about a certain year range of addr's that were having a problem with installing newer tunes ?

 

I guess bec. i cant down load any of the old tunes witch is all of them sept the beta tunes

 

contact quad support when they reopen
you may have gotten an older box and it might have to be sent back to them to be reflashed with a new firm ware update
