I got a 2000 cummins 5.9l and i want to get more smoke... all i get is a little puff at start upI am ordering some new bigger injectors next week. just wanted input on if this would help or just be a waste of money?

IMHO, it does more harm than good.

why is that? not knockin your theory i am just worderin cause i have always heard good things about this kind of upgrade

Black smoke is wasted fuel. Not only are you wasting fuel, but your sooting up the engine.

that and smoke just gives the tree huggers more reasons to hate on the diesel folk

Wildbill is right, smoke isnt the best thing for the engine. If you want lots of smoke just put a plastic bag over your air intake, or shove some sand in the turbo....should smoke real nice! Smoke=wasted fuel and future repairs to the engine.
