Default Mods?

I have a stock 2001 w/stock LP. I would like to do some mods but don't know what order I need to do them in to be safe. I plan on getting a quad adrenalinew/pluse oredge juice w/ attitude so I will have the guages and not need to purchase them seperate. I know I will need a aftermarket LP and I will not be going over 500hp so which one should I get 100-150. I can't afford to do it all at once so what should I do first? I don't want to wreck my vp44 when I add the chip.

Fuel pressure gauge FIRST, w/ a fuel pump that puts out at least 100gpm, then EGT and boost gauges, w/ a tranny temp if an auto.

xtremediesel.com has their air dogs at the exact same price so you could go ahead and get the 150 for the same price as the 100

take care of your fuel first then gauges and if you plan on running a tuner that puts out more than 40 to 60 horse than stock you will need some tranny mods at least a double disk torq converter , Flex plate SFI approved and valve body upgrade shift kit and even still you wont be able to push the quadzilla to its full potintial you will snap that trans so go upgraded trans to witch ever but i think that will sum it up for ya if any one thinks diff. say somthin im not prefect

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

also dont forget your air intake do it after your fuel and gauges and you can romve the silencer ring thats easy and you need to squeze in an exhuast system to some were befor your programer

#1 TRANS!!! I learned the hard way twice and still haven't figured it out. And i'm super happy with my ATI single disk convertor. Then guages and lift pump. Then I'd say at least an hx40 to go with the extra fuel of the adr. But you really need a stout trans when using the adr.
