Check your intercooler boosts for leaks.

Also pull the hose of the front of the charger and check for shaft play or damage! We offer rebuilt and used chargers! Give us a call!

There is a rebuild available, but you may have internal charger damage caused from high boost or egts, even normal wear! I feel concerned that a DIY rebuild can lead to catastrophic engine failure. Not because the DIY guy made a mistake, He just didnt know what to look for.

the only noise is the the blade rubbing where the shaft bearing must be wore out but no other noise had no problems then one day heard a noise and the next the truck lost power and started smoking real bad and missing

I'd say you've got internal damage! I'd be looking for a charger!
