just curious whats the benefits to having the pulse as to not??

The pulse allows you to do some of your own custom tuning. I think that I would recomend it with having upgraded injectors and turbo. You can custom tune the fueling to make it run smooth with your mods.

Custom Tuning, Ability to adjust Turbo Timer and High Idle, many more gauges, 0-60 and 1/4 times.

would adrenaline be better for the truck then having quadzilla 120hp chip and super chips d-box stacked or am i good with what i got???

I think you would be better with the Adrenaline. It has had its share of issues but most of them have been resolved.
