Just under the oil filter and just above the oil pan on passenger side it will be cast (53) in the block if it is. The numbers are about 1-2 inches tall. Shouldn't have any trouble seeing them.

so would i need to remove the turbo to install a turnbuckle or is it easy to do with it still in place?

another way to block the wastegate that is 10 times cheeper is a $0.99 hose clamp

ok i will check the numbers when i get to work how do i plug the waste gate? is it bad for the motor?

If you have AN Automatic then you have the HY35 and the hard lined wastegate , use a turn buckle to keep it closed , if you have an hx35 and the rubber hose coming out of the front then cut the hose and stick a bolt down it and clamp it , you will throw an over boost code if you dont have a boost fooler
