Default Clutch Question

My stock clutch is slipping everynow and then I am planning on putting a new in it in a month or so. some people say a single disk others say a dual disk witch one is better. I know the differance in price is alot but what else. but wat are the advantages of running a dual over a single. The truck is a daily driver I have pulled 2 trailers with it, and in the process of looking at ski boats. and I do plan on doing some sled pulls every once and awhile with it. After all the upgrades are done I want to be in the ballpark of 550 rwhp. So any help with this would be helpful.

anysled pulling what so ever will need a DD, a single is good for street use and mild street racing , but any real competition use a DD is what you want. For what you are looking to do and the HP goal you are shooting for go with a DD and do it right the first time. Shoot me a PM if i can help you out we carry both SB and Valair.

If your only going to pull every once in a while you could do a 3400# DD.
